Challenge
Manual attendance recaps made it hard for HR to verify employees’ check-in locations and times, and to process permission, leave, and overtime requests.
- Attendance had to be verified by location and face
- Requests were scattered across chats and paper
- Attendance reports took a long time to compile
Solution
We built a responsive web HRIS: employees check in and out with GPS and a selfie straight from their phones, while admins monitor daily attendance in real time.
Permission, leave, overtime, and face registration requests are handled in one dashboard, with report downloads per period.
