The finance team matched the general ledger against the fundraising dashboard manually every month; accounting exports were messy (duplicate headers, subtotal rows, inconsistent date formats).
Solution
RekonKU cleans ledger exports automatically per fund type, shows the amount match percentage and the number of differences as soon as both files are uploaded, and flags mismatched rows down to the journal number that caused them.
Cleaned data and reconciliation results can be downloaded as Excel, CSV, or spreadsheets.
